Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are defective or damaged. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item arrived defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, with tags, in the original packaging).

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • You must include photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect or damage.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We strive to process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you have 1 hour from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After this window, your order may already be in processing and shipping.

If your order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds for approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, even if it’s not defective.
As with all returns, your item must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you must show proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank/credit card issuer

  • A 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total

Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails and the order is returned to us, our logistics partner may automatically resend the order once it returns to our warehouse. In that case, you will receive a new tracking number.

Please note:

  • If you’d like a refund instead of reshipment, you must request it while the order is still in transit back to us

  • Once the order has been reshipped, refunds are no longer possible

Processing Fee and Shipping Costs

All refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee to cover administrative costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable because carriers do not refund shipping once the shipment is in transit.
