AtΒ GetLoveLink, we partner with trusted international shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Payment confirmation and order processing may take several days. To protect our customers and prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or be canceled.

Delays Due to Stock Availability

Please note that due to high demand, especially during seasonal events such as Valentine’s Day, some orders may experience temporary delays. Our team works diligently to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Process

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier. In some cases, processing may take up to 10 business days, particularly during peak seasons or when demand is exceptionally high.

Estimated shipping times range between 10–20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, address changes or order modifications are no longer possible. Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided during checkout.

Shipments are processed on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to different manufacturing or fulfillment locations.

Order Tracking

All GetLoveLink orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and no tracking information is available, please contact our support team.

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, GetLoveLink cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, postal delays, severe weather, holidays, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

GetLoveLink has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GetLoveLink is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly with them.

If your order arrives damaged, please use the tracking and delivery confirmation details when submitting a support request. Incomplete claims may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders are processed immediately, and we are unable to modify addresses once an order has been placed.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or cancel the shipment.
